Dosage
- Pneumonoa Moderate to severe - 1-2g IV q 8-12 hr for 7-*10 days
- Febrile neutropenia 2g IV q 8 hr for 7 days
- UTI 0.5 gm-1g IV or IM q 12 hr for 7-10 days
- SSTI 2 gm IV q 12 hr for 10 days

- Acute bacterial UTI
- Lower RTI
- Pyelonephritis
- Osteomyelitis
- Skin & soft tissue infection
